A network is genuinely transnational when no single territorial jurisdiction is a necessary condition for the network's continued existence.
Frontier
A new frontier has been opened since the advent of blockchain technology, a transnational space, a new space outside of the reach of territorial jurisdictions.
Transnational organizations
A transnational organization cannot be stopped by a State, in the sense that there is no mechanism through which a State alone can destroy it or even interfere with its operations. Bitcoin is a good example. We say that transnational organizations by their nature, capture resistant, do not need defensive mechanisms.
Transnational organizations are global and distributed.
