Western culture sees death as destruction.

complexity science - Death feeds back into life. Ex. the forest burns, new forest grows.

In p2p, we need to avoid network effects, so that hubs die, compost and leave space to new structure to emerge.

Can we build organizations that are programmed to die, or that have their composting part of the program? This would make the economy and society more dynamic and adaptive. We need to create incentive systems, mechanisms of engagement, generating interest, that persist after the initiative is disintegrated and composted, and project themselves onto the new that will emerge from the old.
