A legal entity that acts as an interface between the OVN and the market. It can be a corporation that absorbs legal liability for products produced and distributed by the OVN. In that sense, it is pat of the organizational interface, acting as an interface between the OVN and entities in its environment, the market in this case.

Background
Sensorica first implemented this concept with Tactus (no longer in operation) to acquire funding and commercialize the Mosquito. Later, BDanConcepts was used for 3D printing services.
