Exchange firm

A legal entity that acts as an interface between the network and the market. It can be a corporation that absorbs legal liability for products produced and distributed by the OVN.
The OVN model rests on 3 important pillars: the innovation network, the Exchange Firm, and the Custodian.
In the case of the SENSORICA OVN:
- the innovation network is SENSORICA,
- the Exchange firms: Tactus (no longer in operation), BDanConcepts,..
- the Custodian: ACES-CAKE
