Genesis

The process through which an OVN is created, brought into existence.

When designing this process the emphasis is put on creating a capture resistant organization, one that will preserve the main OVN features over its existence - see Ostrom’s commons principles for inspiration. The emphasis it not on permanency but on functionality to achieve the specified goals, unless the OVN has a very long lasting mission.
