Free access if certain requirements or rules are respected. No filter at the entrance, no permission required. Example, the Bitcoin network is permissionless, i.e. anyone can become a minor by installing the Bitcoin mining software into a dedicated computer and connecting it to the network through the Internet. No permission is needed, the only requirements are that the software is genuine and that the computer meets the minimal hardware requirements.

In an OVN Anyone has access to stat contributing. Access to specific processes and resources is mediated by a benefit distribution algorithm, which sets minimal requirements or credentials based on contributions.
