Seed value

Is what you have initially that has the power of attraction to give the initial impetus for the network. This might be a new gadget, or something that does some social good, or can be simply perceived as a bundle of intangibles (have fun, make new friends, gain some form of reputation, …). From the seed value emanates intrinsic (I save the world, I learn) and extrinsic (I make money) incentives. Seed value is the initial value experience around which an OVN can start forming. Seed value is an important concept in the genesis of an OVN.
