Here's how we talk about it in the context of VAS: People use individual social capital to engage in value creation processes. More precisely, they engage in Types of work which are modeled as Resource Types See examples HERE.

Examples of "Types of work" are:

• Design work
• Engineering,
• Manufacturing work,
• Non-production work (meeting, documenting, office work, ...),
• R&D work.

Intellectual capital is not represented by itself in the system.
