Registry

A Governance structural element.

Registries are catalogs of various things such as: resources (i.e. an inventory or a pool of shareables), procedures, agents, stakeholders, events, important actions (see the legit registry of Sensorica), etc. These catalogs can be used by various applications as references. For example, an agent is an affiliate of an OVN only if he/she/it is part of the affiliate registry. Any claim of the contrary is considered fraudulent.

Registries need to be transparent and open to everyone involved in the network. Some private data needs to be obscured from the public, security is primordial.
