In the early days, Sensorica used Google Spreadsheets to implement profiles. Google's platform enables a pseudo-p2p implementation of the Individual profile, in the sense that all Sensorica affiliates can have a Google account and subscribe to Google Drive. The first individual profile was instantiated by a Google Spreadsheet, with the inconvenient of keeping all the data on Google's platform. Nevertheless, this was good enough for experimentation, or to run small operations. Later, user profiles were implemented on a Google sites, using a template. Future implementation the individual profiles must allow the user to keep/store his own data anywhere.

Google Spreadsheets allowed sharing of certain sheets, keeping all the others hidden from the public view. This in line with the requirement of privacy, some data about affiliates must be kept private. Thus, one sheet was called "Public general info", which was publicly shared. Other sheets contained information about contributions (called Value), Roles and Reputation, and were locked, only accessible by affiliates with edit rights. A Google account was created for Sensorica as a network, which had ownership of scripts to process data across multiple spreadsheets that formed the resource planning, accounting and benefit redistribution infrastructure, or the proto NRP CAS.
